Pricing
We are based in central Austin and can work comfortably within a ten mile radius of downtown. I do work outside of the Austin-metro area (including Lakeway, Pflugerville, Bee Cave, and Del Valle) but I may charge an additional commuting fee of $5 to $10.
We are also open in Denton/DFW. As we are based in Denton, commuting fees may apply for the DFW area.
Residential Cleanings

Move Out Cleanings
- 1 Bedroom: $80
- 2 Bedrooms: $100
- 3 Bedrooms: $120

If for any reason you would like us to use your cleaning products instead of ours, we can – as long as they are non-toxic. Safety is our number one priority, no matter whose products we use. See our blog for reviews of some common cleaning products.
A standard cleaning includes:
Bathrooms:
- Clean and scour tubs and showers
- Clean toilet, inside and out
- Wipe all mirrors and fixtures
- Clean sinks and counter tops, everything on top
- Spot clean cabinet faces
- Change linens
Bedrooms:
- Polish and/or dust furniture and everything on it
- Dust wall hangings
- Change linens and make beds
Living and Dining Areas:
- Polish and/or dust furniture and everything on it
- Dust wall hangings
Kitchen
- Clean microwave (inside and out)
- Wipe outsides of all appliances
- Scour stove tops
- Clean counter tops, everything on top
- Scour sink
- Spot clean cabinet faces
Laundry
- Wipe outside of washer and dryer
Entire House
- Sweep/vacuum/mop floors
- Dust vents
- Dust fans and light fixtures
- Dust window sills
- Empty trash cans
The above list is just the usual formula for my cleanings – every home is different. Some houses may need some services all of the time, and others may never need them. We’re flexible: We’ll work with you to determine your home’s specific needs.
Move Out Cleanings
